Salary: £ Competitive Basic + Uncapped Commission

Beacon Contract Services based in Crowborough, East
Sussex, have a requirement within their thriving Design, IT & New Media department for an experienced
Recruitment Consultant to come on board and manage a database of nationwide
Blue-Chip clients & quality candidates.
You will need to have a passion & knowledge for the industry, a good eye for detail, strong account management skills and be able to handle a multitude of projects at any one time. You will also need to have a friendly telephone manner and be able to provide an unrivalled service in this specialist area that Beacon have worked hard to build a solid reputation within.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Recruitment or Sales experience
- A knowledge of the Design, IT or New Media industry
The main duties of this role will involve:
- Canvassing new/existing clients for potential recruitment requirements
- Writing job specs & advertising vacancies
- Registering candidates & formatting cv’s
- Management of database & excel spreadsheets
- Arranging interview’s, offers, start dates & contracts
- Client & candidate liaison
- Account management

You must possess the following skills in order to be considered;
- A proven sales track record in Recruitment
- You must have drive and determination
- At least 6 months commercial experience within a Recruitment Agency environment.
- Degree qualified or similar commercial experience.
- You should have a clear personal development plan, which should include running your own team in the future.
- You will need to be keen to succeed in this fast moving and quality driven environment.
Trainee Consultant, Crowborough
You must possess the following skills in order to be considered;
- Sales experience preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Fast thinker and able to work under pressure
- Able to build own client base
